Thank you for ordering from Koalani Apparel! We want you to love everything! For all returns/exchanges; they must be done within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, products will not be accepted after 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We want to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible so you can enjoy the products that you ordered from us. We ask that you please be patient with us as we process your return/exchange. The status of your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be updated as soon as the information is available. You will receive an email with an approval or denial notice. You will also be updated again once the new product has been exchanged and shipped or when your store credit has been issued (dependent on your request).

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@koalaniapparel.com.

Faulty or defective items:

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information within 30 days of receiving products:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence
  • Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified immediately.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don't always require the faulty item back.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
